and the health, and for the rational use of the resources

INNOVATION
- JUMOSOL EXTRA SWEET ONION |
Since 2000 we certify our Jumosol Extra Sweet Onions in accordance with the quality brand regulation from the Aragon Government "C" Food Quality. This involves carrying out a control and spiciness analysis of our Extra Sweet Onions for our customers and consumers to enjoy the mildest and less spicy Jumosol Extra Sweet Onions.
As defenders of such a different autochthonous product, we work with illusion on the project of the future Protected Denomination of Origin. Additionally, we cooperate with the various research projects that are under way in order to characterise the different ecotypes of the varietals, carry out a selection of the same according to taste, quality and aspect, and implement an improved model of our extra sweet onions.
